Hi I'm Rienna a women, wife, mom and fur mom, and of course a Hairstylist! I love all things color, dogs and adventure. I graduated from The Paul Mitchell Academy in 2013 and have been pursuing that passion ever since. I enjoy doing everything from red heads to highlights and pixies to long textured layers. Some of my favorite things being balayage and blondes with a little bit of fashion colors thrown in. My number one goal is to make my clients feel amazing about themselves when they leave. Cancellation Policy
I charge 100% of service for any no-show appointments. If you are more then 15 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment. Please note that as a repeat client 50% of that fee will be applied to your next appointment. As a new client, if you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged the no-show fee and will not have the opportunity to reschedule with me.
I do not charge for a canceled appointment as long as it is cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you have to cancel after the 24 hour period you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee unless your reschedule your appointment within the same day as cancellation.
These policies are put into place so that my time is respected. Please understand that my time and skill is how earn my living and my policy are meant to reflect that.
